New year's Eve and Day can give us the opportunity to review, release and renew. This is the ritual I will perform this year!

The time of the feminine is about balance. About doing it differently. Learning to love ourselves first; not looking to another to fulfil us. Awakening to the inner-power for outer change.

What we wear can set the scene for the day : the attitude, energy and the way we project to the outer world. While I love my dressing gown, if I wear it too far into the day, no matter what I do, I still haven't gotten out of bed! Knowing the energy of the basic colours of the rainbow is a great start to creating the mood for ourselves.

Wesak is a Buddhist festival and celebration of the birth, enlightenment and death of Buddah and it is believed that the manifestation of his spirit, along with the consciousness of Christ AND Ascended masters visit the earth to gift the earth and humanity with light-love and power to find our path to our higher selves. This happens in the full moon of Taurus each year : the date for 2011 is 17th May in Australia.

It does not matter what discipline we work with in spirituality : the focus is always as a mirror to see ourselves in truth, to understand, to resolve and to heal.
