Nature's Garden of Raw Foods

An Article by Allan of Healthy Habits

Mother Nature has provided us with all the nutrients, vitamins and minerals needed for optimum health and life and are best and nutritionally more powerful when eaten raw. Any processing, such as cooking, can destroy up to 80% of the nutritional value of the foods from Nature’s Garden. The cooking and/or processing of these fresh foods render them dead food. We are a living organism, and towards providing the body with the nutritional tools to work with – 80% of our food intake needs to be the RAW unprocessed uncooked produce from Nature’s Garden.    That recommendation does not apply to meat consumption of course.

Nature left us great clues as to what foods help what part of the body,

if we are prepared to stop, look, and learn

.

Nature’s Pharmacy is truly amazing – hereunder are a few examples.

The cross-section of a “sliced” carrot looks like the human eye. The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the structure of the human eye.

And YES, science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow to - and the healthy function of the eyes.

A tomato has four chambers and is red.

The human heart has four chambers and is red.

Scientific research shows tomatoes are loaded with lycopine – and are indeed heart and blood food.

Lycopine is also a cancer fighter.

Grapes hang in a cluster that has the same shape as the heart. Each grape looks like a red blood cell and scientific research today shows grapes are also a profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

A walnut looks like a little brain, a left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebrums.

Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex.

We know walnuts help develop more than 3 dozen neuron transmitters for brain function.

Red Kidney Beans actually heal and help maintain kidney function, and yes – they look exactly like the red human kidneys.

Celery, Bok Choy, Rhubarb, and many more vegies look just like bones.

These foods specifically target bone strength.Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium (a natural healthy salt – provided by Nature).

If you don’t have enough sodium in your diet – the body pulls it from the bones – thus making them weak.  These foods help replenish the skeletal needs of the body.(Do not confuse this form of sodium/salt with highly processed table salt – which is dangerous to your health !!

Avocado, Eggplant, Pears, target the health and function of the womb and cervix of the human female – these foods look just like these organs. Modern scientific research shows that when a woman eats one avocado a week – it balances the hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight, and helps to prevent cervical cancer. And how profound is this – as it takes exactly 9 months to grow an avocado from blossom to ripened fruit – the same period of time for the human pregnancy to birth. Astonishingly there are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods – but modern science has only studied and named about 141 of them.

Figs are full of seeds – and hang in twos when they grow resembling the male testes.           Fig nutrients increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of sperm                                                                               as well as assisting in overcoming male sterility.

Sweet Potato looks like the human pancreas (the blood sugar control centre).

Sweet Potato actually assists with the balance of the glycemic index (blood sugar balance) of the body.

Olives assist the health and function of the female ovaries.

A physical resemblance again.

Oranges, grapefruit, and other citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands of the female – and actually assist the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph (cleansing fluids)  in and out of the breasts.

Onions look like the body’s cells.

Scientific research shows onions help clear waste materials from all the body cells. They even produce tears which wash the epithelial layers of the eyes.

A working companion, garlic – also helps eliminate waste materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.
