The Cellar was cold and damp. The small thatch of straw that the young woman used for bedding did nothing to soften the roughened cement floors, nor combat the stinking mildew of years of European winters. Once the loved daughter of the house, Cinderella had become the drudge; an unpaid servant to the uncaring cruelty and indifference of three selfish women.
Without conversation or the kindness of human interaction, she had formed imaginary friendships with the rats who roamed free within her prison-abode. Their leavings could often be found in the tangled mess of her hair and her ragged clothing had, long ago, forgotten its appearance of cleanliness. The grime of labour had embedded itself into the once beautiful face and eyes that had looked upon the world in hope and wonder in her childhood had become dulled with despair. Her education had been shaped by the constant battle for survival in her lonely world: her language limited to the only speech required of her. “Yes ma’am”, was the only human sound her voice contributed to the greater universe. The rest was a mimic of the animal language in her world.
Modern Cinderella stories do not depict this iconic heroine as a true victim. Rather, against all odds she is often portrayed as feisty, determined, self-reliant and of course beautiful. This is the travesty of these folk stories that have inspired women throughout history to view the romantic idea of the “knight in shining armour who comes to rescue her.” This portrayal of women –hood is destructive to the self-realisation of the feminine spirit.
How could any person retain a sense of their value: their loveliness, lovable-ness or self-esteem, having been subjected to continuing, unrelenting abuse. It would be laughable, if not so tragic, that we expect the recipient of emotional annihilation to be endlessly patient, kind, unconditionally loving and epitomise saintly demeanour; even that she would have the self-esteem to believe she deserved a position of power, love and abundance.
Social attitudes are more likely to denounce a dirty, badly dressed and illiterate female as an object of ridicule. I have yet to meet a man who would choose the sallow, unkempt girl with rotting teeth over a coiffured and perfumed woman, no matter what her personality. It’s time to get rid of the illusionary philosophy that we can see the inner beauty before the outer one; even, in fact, that after social abuse, any inner beauty would be left. Cinderella would more likely be bitter, angry or incredibly depressed.
Remember, that it was only after her transformation into the “outer” princess that she was noticed by the famous prince.
Her rescuer, should she be lucky enough to find one would probably be a social worker/ psychologist who would work quite pragmatically and logically to help her find her inner power. What this girl lacks is love; from another or of herself. Unfortunately, the Cinderella story teaches us that we find love of ourselves through the reflected love of another; a partner, soul-mate or family. When the outer world perceives you as less, it is easy to believe that of yourself and breaking that cycle is the most difficult goal to achieve in life.

Canola oil from...”Canolas???What is a Canola???” And why is the word "Canola
Canola is an engineered plant developed in Canada. The oil is derived from the rapeseed plant (an excellent insect repellent, by the way.) The rapeseed is a member of the mustard family. Rapeseed oil has been used extensively in many parts of the world, namely India, Japan, and China. Before the rapeseed was genetically engineered, about two-thirds of the monounsaturated fatty acids were erucic acid.
Erucic acid was associated with Keshan's disease, a condition which is characterized by fibrous lesions of the heart. In the late 1970s, Canadian plant breeders were able to create a variety of rapeseed which produced a monounsaturated oil which was much lower in erucic acid. This "new" oil was originally called LEAR oil (Low Erucic Acid Rapeseed.) Neither titles …."RAPE" nor "LEAR" created an appealing image for the product: hence, the word Canola was invented...(anabbreviation of "Canada" and "oil.")
Canola oil and canola-based products have been at the centre of controversy for quite a few years. While some say that it helps to lower cholesterol levels, it actually has a few nasty side-effects as well (note: Only animal studies have been done regarding the toxic effects that it has on living organisms). Despite no human studies being done, this product was placed on the GRAS (USA-Generally Regarded As Safe) list.
It is in fact a by-product of a highly toxic insecticide product.
As previously mentioned, the real name for Canola oil is LEAR, or Low Erucic Acid Rape, as it has been extracted from Rapeseed oil. This oil is in fact an industrial oil product which has no place whatsoever in our bodies. In light industry, it is also referred to as penetrating oil. Rapeseed oil is also the source for Mustard Gas, which was used as a chemical warfare agent, and was banned after Word War 1 for causing severe blistering of the lungs and skin.
Canola is in fact GM, a Genetically Modified food which has been classified as a bio pesticide by the USA EPA (Environmental Protection Agency). Like mercury and fluoride, Canola is also not eliminated from the body. It is found in almost all fast foods, convenience foods, chocolate, candies, bread, potato chips, baby foods and formulas, most peanut butters and cookies, frozen French fries, rye breads, chocolate syrups, mayonnaise, granola bars, some vegetarian convenience foods, lunch meats, margarines, movie house snacks, tortillas and most other bakery foods.
Studies done on rats and other lab animals showed that after consuming canola oil, there were fatty deposits that accumulated on their hearts, thyroids, adrenal glands and kidneys. When they stopped consuming this oil, the fatty deposits disappeared, but unfortunately scar tissue remained on the affected organs.
Because it is high in glycosides, canola oil has been shown to inhibit enzyme function. Its effects are known to be accumulative, resulting in side-effects taking years to show up. It is also able to inhibit the metabolism of foods. Being a trans-fatty acid, it is also possible that this man-made oil has a direct link to causing cancer (even from just breathing in the toxic fumes created when frying foods in it).
Rapeseed oil is an acetyl cholinesterase inhibitor. This compound is crucial when it comes to transmitting signals from the nerves to the muscles. This is possibly why there has been a dramatic increase in cases of multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy over the past few years. Other side-effects which have been reported include respiratory illnesses, loss of vision, constipation, anaemia, heart disease, irritability and low birth weight in infants. It is known to severely deplete Vitamin E levels in the body, as well as cause severe clotting of red blood cells, which can pose a very serious health risk.
The best way to avoid consuming this toxic industrial by-product is to prepare meals yourself from scratch with nutritious fresh foods from Nature’s Garden, stay away from the factory produced/processed toxic laden (dead) foods on supermarket shelves, and especially avoid fast foods at all costs. And if you use oil for cooking and salads etc., DO NOT USE CANOLA OIL - use the wonderful cold-pressed Olive Oil – it’s the best.
The only way to prove either hype or hoax about Canola Oil - is to do more intense human studies evaluating the safety of this mass-produced and voluminously consumed human-engineered oil. Albeit the USA FDA (Food and Drug Administration) claims that genetically altered/engineered foods are perfectly safe….they made this same claim with Thalidomide and Vioxx, and we won’t speak of the human health horrors derived from using those medicinal drugs.
At least the USA FDA has taken a stance to protect babies from the unknown risks of being fed Canola oil. The FDA prohibits Canola oil from being used in infant formula. Shouldn't we be told more….why?
Confound it !! – I’ve discovered that Canola Oil is used in the Burgen Rye Bread I like – now I’ll need to go back to the drawing board (so to speak) and flush out an acceptably healthy alternative.
One almost needs to have the combination of a ferret, a fox, and a bulldog in one’s ancestry – to dig out information on the “deadly” additives THEY are placing in foods (???) these days. In the quest to “make money” – they are “killing us” with their attractive, tasty, long shelf-life factory produced foods in the supermarkets.
Any such factory produced foods on the supermarket shelves…. with a label stating INGREDIENTS you need to look at very closely – with a view to placing it back on the shelf due to its toxic contents.
Isn’t it great that the wonderful FRESH foods from Nature’s Garden – do not require such labelling !!

It is said that the spreading of cancer to parts of the body is caused by 'malignant' cells escaping from their origin. An Italian Oncology Specialist, Doctor Tullio Simoncini, however, says this is not the case at all. The spread of cancer is triggered by the real cause of cancer, the Candia fungus, escaping from the original source.
The Italian doctor, Tullio Simoncini, is a brilliant and courageous man who has refused to bow to the enormous pressure he has faced, and continues to face, after he realised what cancer is and how it can be dealt with.
Simoncini's 'crime' has been to discover that cancer is a fungus caused by Candida, a yeast-like organism that lives in the body in small amounts even in healthy people. The immune system keeps it under control normally, but when the Candida morphs into a powerful fungus some serious health problems can follow - including cancer.
'Fungus, and Candida in particular, thrive by eating the body of its host (yours) by dissolving it. It also needs your body to breed, as it can't do this on its own. No wonder in Chronic Fatigue conditions, which can in many cases be attributed to Candida colonisation, the sufferer feels so bad both physically and psychologically.'
Doctor Tullio Simoncini says that cancer IS this Candida fungal infection and that the conventional medical explanation of cancer as a cellular malfunction is plain wrong.
Simoncini is a specialist in oncology (treatment of tumors), diabetes and metabolic disorders, but he is more than that. He is a real doctor who seeks to uncover the truth for the benefit of his patients and refuses to parrot the official version of what doctors should do and think as dictated by the huge and influential Drug Companies.
He challenges the dogma of 'intellectual conformity' with all its unproven assumptions, lies, manipulation and falsehoods (all in the interests of making big money) and he has been extremely critical of the medical establishment as it continues to pursue quasi “treatments” that are useless in curing the global epidemic of cancer.

Doctor Simoncini realised that what mainstream medicine believed to be cell growth going wild – “cancerous growth” - is actually the immune system producing cells to defend the body from Candida attack. He says the sequence goes like this:
Candida is normally kept under control by the immune system, but when that becomes undermined and weakened the Candida can expand and build a 'colony'.
The Candida eventually penetrates an organ and the immune system has to respond to the threat in another way.
This “way” is to build a defensive barrier with its own cells and this growth is what we call cancer.

What defences are today's children going to have when they are given 25 vaccinations and combinations of them, before the age of two - while their immune system is still forming for goodness sake?
This is how the Illuminati families are seeking to instigate a mass cull of the population. By dismantling the body's natural defence to disease.
Now, here's the real shocker. What destroys the immune system quicker than anything else?
You can add radiation treatment to that as well.
Chemotherapy is a poison designed to kill cells !!
That is to say - the 'cutting-edge' of mainstream cancer 'treatment' is to poison the victim and hope that you kill the cancer cells before you have killed enough healthy cells to kill the patient.
But wait. This chemotherapy poison also kills the cells of the immune system and leaves it shot to pieces. And the Candida is still there.
This devastated immune system cannot respond effectively to the Candida and it takes over other parts of the body to start the process again, so causing the cancer to spread. Even those who appear to have recovered after surgery and chemotherapy and been given “the all-clear” are just a ticking clock awaiting “seconds”.
Their immune system is now shattered and it is only a matter of time before the Candida triggers a relapse. In other words:
Chemotherapy is killing the people it is supposed to be curing.
Of course chemotherapy can never “cure” anyone of anything, except life. It is a poison destroying the very system that we need to be healthy and strong if we are to be cured.
When Doctor Simoncini realised that cancer is a fungal infection, or infestation, he went in search of something that would kill the fungus and so remove the cancer. He realised that anti-fungal drugs don't work because the fungus quickly mutates to defend itself and then even starts to feed off the drugs that are prescribed to kill it.
Instead, Simoncini found something much, much simpler - sodium bicarbonate. Yes, the main ingredient in good old baking soda (but I stress not the same as baking soda, which has other ingredients therein).
He used this because it is a powerful destroyer of fungus and, unlike the drugs, the Candida cannot 'adapt' to it. The patient is given sodium bicarbonate orally and through internal means like an endoscope, a long thin tube that doctors use to see inside the body without surgery. This allows the sodium bicarbonate to be placed directly on the cancer - the fungus.
The ancient Egyptians knew about the healing properties of anti-fungal substances and Indian books going back a thousand years actually recommend 'alkaline of strong potency' for treating cancer.
In 1983, Simoncini treated an Italian man, Gennaro Sangermano, who had been given months to live with lung cancer. A few months later he wasn't dead, he was back to health and the cancer was gone.
More success followed and Simoncini presented his findings to the Italian Department of Health in the hope that they would begin scientifically-approved trials to show that it worked. But he was to learn the true and monstrous scale of medical manipulation and deceit.
The authorities not only ignored his documentation, he was disbarred from the Italian Medical Order for prescribing cures that had not been approved. Yep, I really said that - for prescribing cures that had not been approved.
He was subjected to a vicious campaign of ridicule and condemnation by the pathetic media and then jailed for three years for causing “wrongful death” to patients he had treated. From all angles the word was out - get Simoncini.
The medical establishment said that his claims about sodium bicarbonate were “crazy” and “dangerous”. One “leading doctor” even ludicrously referred to sodium bicarbonate as a “drug”.
All the time millions of people were dying from cancers that could have been treated effectively…… Doctor Simoncini’s detractors didn't give a rats rectum.
Doctor Tullio Simoncini is, thankfully, no quitter and he has continued to circulate his work on the Internet and in public talks. He is having remarkable success in dramatically reducing and removing altogether even some real late stage cancers using sodium bicarbonate. This can take months in some cases, but in others, like breast cancer where the tumour is easily accessible, it can be days before it is no more.

“Cancer is a Fungus” in an article about the findings of two British scientists and researchers, Professor Gerry Potter of the Cancer Drug Discovery Group and Professor Dan Burke. Their combined findings reveal the following ...
Cancer cells have a unique 'biomarker' that normal cells do not, an enzyme called CYP1B1 (pronounced sip-one-bee-one). Enzymes are proteins that 'catalyse' (increase the rate of) chemical reactions.
The CYP1B1 alters the chemical structure of something called salvestrols that are found naturally in many fruit and vegetables. This chemical change turns the salvestrols into an agent that kills cancer cells, but does no harm to healthy cells.
The synchronicity is perfect. The CYP1B1 enzyme appears only in cancer cells and it reacts with salvestrols in fruit and vegetables to create a chemical substance that kills only cancer cells.
But here's the point with regard to cancer being a fungus. Salvestrols are the natural defence system in fruit and vegetables against fungal attacks and that's why you only find them in those species subject to fungus damage, like strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, grapes, blackcurrants, redcurrants, blackberries, cranberries, apples, pears, green vegetables (especially broccoli and the cabbage family), artichokes, red and yellow peppers, avocados, watercress, asparagus and aubergines.
What's more, the Big Pharma/Big Biotech cartels know all this and they have done two major things to undermine this natural defence from the fungal attack that is cancer.
The chemical fungicide sprays used in modern farming kill fungus artificially and this means the plants and crops do not have to trigger their own defence - salvestrols. You only find them in any amount today in organically grown food.
The most widely-used fungicides are very powerful blockers of CYP1B1 and so if you eat enough chemically-produced food it wouldn't matter how many salvestrols you consumed they would not be activated into the cancer-destroying agent they are designed to be.
This is not by accident, but by calculated design, as were, and are, the attempts by the “establishment” to destroy Tullio Simoncini. The “Big Pharma” families want people to die of cancer, not be cured of it. THEY (these wealthy elite) are mentally and emotionally as sick as you can imagine - and see other humans as (the likes of) sheep and cattle.

But Simoncini refuses to buckle and continues to campaign for what has seen is an effective treatment for cancer, while, in the “real” world, the number of cancer deaths goes on rising incessantly because of treatments that don't work - based on assumptions that aren't true.
It is indeed a crazy, crazy society, but then, from the perspective of the bloodline families, it's meant to be. Thank goodness for courageous and committed people like Doctor Tullio Simoncini. We need more like him - and quick.
What a stark contrast he is to those who serve the medical establishment. When Doctor Simoncini spoke at the Shen Clinic a while ago some local doctors dismissed him before he arrived and ridiculed his views.
They were invited along to his talk, which would have been of enormous potential benefit to their patients. Chairs were reserved for them to hear what Doctor Simoncini was saying first hand and give them the chance to ask any questions.
They never came !!

The Buzz is in the air. Manuka Honey has been rediscovered after 70 years as a natural enemy of some of our nastier germs. Being honey we can eat it and put in on our skin ( might be a bit sticky ) and there are a miriad of skin products with the manuka ingredient for everything from beauty to the treatment of ............
“Manuka Honey has natural antibacterial, antimicrobial, antiseptic, antiviral, antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antifungal properties. Most honey has enzymes that create hydrogen peroxide. However, Manuka Honey has a second antibacterial component which has become known as the Unique Manuka Factor or UMF. Scientists have reason to believe that the 2 antibacterial components have a synergistic action.”
So what makes it special?
Therapeutically identified Manuka honey carries an enzyme calledMethylglyoxal, which is the active ingredient to the honey. The discovery that Methylglyoxal is manuka honey's "active ingredient" was made by Professor Thomas Henle, head of the Institute of Food Chemistry at the Technical University of Dresden.
Some laboratory studies show Methylglyoxal has a cytotoxic effect (kills cancers), some show Methylglyoxal can modify DNA and proteins, and others discuss a positive effect from the formation of chemo-protective compounds. So far no negative effect of Dietary Methylglyoxal has not been registered. Futher studies are planned to clarify how Methylglyoxal reacts within the body.
Manuka Honey is only created in New Zealand because of a symbiotic relationship with the native Manuka bush called Leptospermum scopariumcommonly called the Tea Tree but NOT the same plant that we derive tea tree oil from. ( It has been said in other sources that Manuka is grown in Tasmania and southern areas of Australia but I can't confirm this. Other honey manufacturers produce Manuka Honey products, but I believe that they have a sub-note that their honey comes from New Zealand.) )
However not all Manuka honey carries this and therapeutic properties are rated so that only honey that has a +15 category carries healing properties.
My next question was : how do I get it?

In New Zealand, there is a rating system that measures the antibacterial potency of Manuka Honey. It is generally accepted that Manuka Honey with a UMF rating of 10 or higher is considered to be active and suitable for therapeutic use. Manuka Honey with a UMF rating of 0-9 may not have the antibacterial potency to be effective against some medical conditions. The higher the UMF rating, the higher the antibacterial potency. However, Manuka Honey with an extraordinarily high UMF rating isn't desirable as it is very rare and extremely expensive (i.e. UMF 20+). There have also been reports of some individuals experiencing sensitivity to Manuka Honey that is overly potent. The ideal potency is between UMF 10-18.
When purchasing Manuka Honey, look for the UMF registered trademark on the label. For example, if the label on the jar of Manuka Honey says "UMF® 16" then you can be sure that the honey was tested in a laboratory for its antibacterial potency. If the label merely states "Active 16" it may mean that the company does not have the legal right to list the UMF trademark on the label which means that it's not regulated by the Active Manuka Honey Association in New Zealand. Registered members of the AMHA are required to conduct laboratory tests on each bach of Manuka Honey to determine the potency. Also look for a license number on the label.

According to differing reports the Manuka Bush can be grown in "Anywhere with a temperate to mediteranean climate & acid to neutral soil & it will thrive." However from the blogs I have read bees may not necessarily choose to go to the Manuka Bush if other flowers are available. They have no choice in the acres of wild plants in New Zealand.
